ANTI-MICROBIAL MASTERBATCH

DIRCO anti-microbial masterbatch are used to hinder the growth and propagation of bacteria in wet and damp environments. It finds application in refrigerator, washing machine drainage, bathroom and kitchen fittings.

ANTI-OXIDANT MASTERBATCH

Thermal degradation of plastics needs to be prevented at all process stages. Anti-oxidant masterbatch prevents this thermal degradation & provides long term stability to plastics/polymers. It also helps to upgrade the appearance & physical properties of plastics. It will perform at primary & secondary stage of processing thus protecting the product with a stabilized process.

ANTI-FOG MASTERBATCH

Prevents condensation of water vapour on plastic surface / film in hot or cold packing when exposed to change in temperature. Tiny water droplets on surface effect transparency and spoils food in packaging. Antifog migratory additive works for both hot & cold applications whether moulded or extruded. Anti-fog masterbatch also finds usage in agriculture films.

ANTI-STATIC MASTERBATCH

Reduction of electrostatic charge on plastic articles and films without effecting the other major properties is the main criteria of this MB. Long term control in electrostatic discharge property prevents dust built up on plastic articles & films used in packaging of electronic goods

UV MASTERBATCH

Prevents degradation of physical properties of polymers occurring due to UV radiations from sunlight. UV masterbatch slows down degradation process by absorbing harmful UV radiations, improving life span of polymer. Agriculture films - greenhouse, crop protection & Mulch films, outdoor equipments also use UV masterbatch..

SLIP MASTERBATCH

Slip additives are used to reduce plastic film COF (coefficient of friction) helping in reduction of resistance to slide. Slip MB improves polymer rheology by reducing friction & improves flow properties, this further improves surface gloss of product.

ANTI-BLOCK MASTERBATCH

It is designed to meet specific property of blocking when two plastic surfaces meet. This requirement arises in extruded film application. Blocking the adhesion of films minimises film to film contact. In organic additives are also popular for its advantages like retaining film clarity. The usage of Anti-block masterbatch is based on physical, chemical, food contact & commercial.

LASER MARKING MASTERBATCH

DIRCO produces laser marking masterbatch, that gives high contrast and shading effect which are compatible with polymers. The laser marking procedure enables permanent markings to be made on plastic surfaces with a visually controlled laser beam.

PPA (POLYMER PROCESSING AID) MASTERBATCH

This additive masterbatch is mainly required for mono layer & multilayer film extrusion process. It eliminates melt fracture by stabilizing the flow without gel formation. PPA masterbatch also supports in eliminating die built up, thus reducing die pressure and bubble puncture.

DIFFUSER MASTERBATCH

It optimizes the optical property of any transparent plastic article (Moulded / Extruded) as per customer specification or product requirement. This allows a defined light transmission that is possible by using a Diffuser masterbatch.

ANTIRODENT & ANTITERMITE MASTERBATCH

This special additive combo masterbatch protects plastic articles & films from attack of rodents and termites. This masterbatch contains odour emitting chemicals & are very bitter compound which is unaccepted to these predators.

BIODEGRADABLE MASTERBATCH (NEW INTRODUCTION)

When added to raw plastic resin, it dramatically improves biodegradability of plastic upon disposal, without compromising the physical characteristics, heat stability, longevity or usability. This has normal shelf-life and will not begin biodegradation until in a landfill type environment.
