Compounding is a processing of plastics that changes the existing characteristics of thermoplastics, from changing Mechanical, Thermal components / Properties to the overall aesthetic and dimensions of plastics. PRE-COLORED COMPOUNDS

Dirco also offers Pre-coloured compound that is nothing but a coloured polymer with or without any value addition during compounding. This compound immensely helps in controlling colour consistency in bigger production sizes. Benefits of Pre-coloured compound :

  • CONDUCTIVE COMPOUNDS

    Engineered thermoplastics are electrically conductive modifiers that when combined with plastics resins can provide protection against static accumulation, electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Dirco produces customized conductive compounds to meet specific end-use applications.

    THERMAL CONDUCTIVE COMPOUNDS

    Thermally conductive polymer- compounds have the ability to replace metals, ceramics and other conventional plastics requiring heat sensitive applications. They are extensively used in various heat- sink applications such as electronics, housings or automotive parts. The usage of thermally conductive plastics which are injection moldable, facilitates maximum design freedom for constructing parts. Moreover components made with thermally conductive compounds have lower density hence are much lighter.
